He graduated Physics and Engineering Department of Dnepropetrovsk State University in specialty "Automatic Systems Control ". Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, the director of the State Research and Production Enterprise "System Technology" of MES of Ukraine. He was awarded with "Excellence in Education of Ukraine" in 1999.

Academic interests: the theory of identification and adaptive neuro-fuzzy control of nonlinear dynamical systems, network technologies, mathematical modelling of processes and computer processing of experimental data, fractal materials and applied synergetics.
